Six Sigma and Lean Management are important methods to solve problems. Dr. Dietmar Stemann is our Master Black Belt of MTS Consulting Partner. A lecture took place on 11th November 2019 at the regular meeting of the LeanIng Technical University Group in Dortmund.
In the interactive lecture he illustrated Six Sigma and Lean Management in a very practical way. Also Dr. Stemann mentioned the new trends in the industry and the linkages between the several methods.
