Training Information
The holder of the DIT Qualification Certificate takes on the role of an active shaper of digital transformation in your company. To do this, they need a comprehensive overview of the tools and methods of digitization in order to systematically network and further develop processes, data structures, and corporate culture. The goal is for DIT-certified individuals (who are usually experts in their field) to independently support digitization projects and thereby unlock efficiency potentials.
Qualification as a DIT certificate holder is often the first step toward advanced specialist courses in Data Science or Advanced Digital Management. The intensive training delivers, in compact modules, the fundamentals of digital maturity analysis, the construction of an automation pyramid from the sensor level to the cloud, and the integrated application of Six Sigma DMAIC and CRISP-DM. From now on, your teams will work in a data-driven and customer-oriented manner, reduce error costs, and accelerate innovation cycles.
Goal(s):
- Develop a deep understanding of comprehensive digital transformation and its goals
- Become familiar with the most important methods and tools—from the automation pyramid through Six Sigma DMAIC to CRISP-DM
- Gain the ability to actively support digitization and analytics projects and unlock efficiency potentials
Target group:
Employees and managers from production and service sectors who want to assess and advance the digital maturity of their organization.
Those responsible for process optimization, automation, and data analysis who wish to integrate methods such as Six Sigma DMAIC, CRISP-DM, and the automation pyramid.
Training contents:
This intensive training is aimed at employees and managers from production and service sectors who wish to use the automation pyramid, Six Sigma DMAIC, CRISP-DM, and hands-on case studies to analyze their digital maturity, optimize processes, and successfully implement data-driven transformation projects.
