On October 10, 2018, 3 Master Black Belt candidates who participated in our public training were officially certified as Master Black Belts. All requirements for certification have been met (participation in MBB trainings with focus on Six Sigma Tools, Six Sigma “”Train the Trainer””, Six Sigma for Executives, Six Sigma Deployment and Change Management). In their final presentation the Master Black Belts presented their successes. The presentations were made with the motto “”What have I contributed to the corporate change?””.
The Master Black Belt programs are about implementing the Six Sigma initiative in one area of the company (factory, business unit, …). In particular, this involves deployment work packages related to management awareness, skills development, the project selection process and project execution and outcomes. In addition, participants in the training have also acquired basic expertise in big data technologies, data mining and process mining to meet today’s challenges.
